We had a wonderful 3-night family getaway. The cleanliness of our deluxe room made a great impression, and the presence of two sinks was a definite bonus for us with kids. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. The kids loved the playgrounds both outside and inside, allowing us some peaceful moments to enjoy a drink together. there are several outdoor jacuzzis with different mineralizations for a unique experience, perfect after a day filled with activities. The diverse dining options, including Bulgarian and international cuisine, catered to everyone's tastes, ensuring family-friendly meals every night.

The parking situation could be better, as available spaces were somewhat limited during our visit.

I truly enjoyed my stay as the hotel is a stone's throw away from Park Kleptuza, where I spent many relaxing hours walking and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Its proximity to the Historical Museum made it so convenient to discover the rich culture of the area.

The Deluxe Double Room was cozy and very clean, perfect for a family like ours. I loved having two sinks in the bathroom. it made mornings so much easier with the kids. The view from the balcony was unbeatable, and we enjoyed the fresh mountain air. Plus, the beds were super comfy, making it easy to unwind after a day by the pools.

The room was spacious, but the restaurant served undercooked meat.

The cleaning of pools and jacuzzis needs urgent attention!!! It’s unacceptable to find dirt in outdoor jacuzzis when you expect a five-star experience. the parking situation could be greatly improved, not so messy!!!

The breakfast was proper lekker with fresh fruit and great vegan options. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when we asked about trails. Had a jol at the Taverna with live music and some stunning local wine!

Pool didn't meet our expectations. it was a bit on the small side and just not as warm as we hoped.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the 24-hour reception, relaxing massage services, and the cozy bar area. The staff once helped me with printing, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a family-friendly experience. I'm coming back for a city trip!
